What we collect, what we don't, and your rights.

What we collect
When you place an order, we collect your name, shipping and billing address, email, phone number, and payment information. Payment data is handled by our processor (Stripe) and never touches our servers in raw form.
When you visit the site, we collect standard analytics data — pages viewed, device type, approximate location based on IP — through Google Analytics. You can opt out via the cookie banner.
We do not collect, infer, or share intimate purchase details with advertising networks. Your purchase history stays inside our systems.
How we use it
We use the information you give us to fulfill orders, ship products, communicate about your purchase, and answer support requests. We email you receipts and shipping confirmations. We do not sell your data — ever, to anyone, for any reason.
Marketing emails are opt-in only. You can unsubscribe in one click and we will honor it within 24 hours.
Your rights
Access
You can request a complete export of every piece of data we hold about you. Email [email protected] — we'll deliver it within 30 days, encrypted.
Deletion
You can request that we delete your account and all associated data. We honor deletion requests within 30 days, except where retention is legally required (e.g., tax records of past purchases).
Correction
You can update or correct your contact details directly in your account, or by emailing us. Errors will be fixed inside 7 days.
Portability
Your data export is delivered in a machine-readable JSON format so you can take it elsewhere if you wish.
Cookies & tracking
We use first-party cookies for cart persistence and authenticated sessions. We use Google Analytics for traffic measurement, and Meta Pixel for advertising attribution — both can be disabled via the consent banner on your first visit. We do not run third-party tracking pixels for any other purpose.
Children
Our products are intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has used our service, contact us and we'll delete their information immediately.
