The materials we use
Every body-contact surface is platinum-cured silicone — the same medical grade used in pacifiers, neonatal masks, and body-implant tubing. It's non-porous, non-reactive, and won't harbor bacteria. We bond it to a polycarbonate core for rigidity; nothing in the assembly contains phthalates or bisphenols.
Motors are tuned and dampened in an acoustic chamber. Battery cells are LG-sourced lithium-ion, rated for 1,000+ full charge cycles. Charging is contactless via the included magnetic base — no exposed metal, no moisture risk.

ISO 10993 biocompatibility
Cytotoxicity, sensitization, and irritation panels run by an accredited third-party lab. Reports are available on request.
RoHS compliance
Lead, mercury, cadmium, hexavalent chromium, and brominated flame retardants — all below detection thresholds.
REACH (EU)
No SVHCs (substances of very high concern) above 0.1% by weight. Every Thelemtoy product is shippable into the EU without restriction.
Acoustic verification
Sound levels measured at 33–48 dB across intensity range, certified by an independent audiology lab.
